Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Operate commercial pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and stretching to achieve optimal texture and flavor Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect crusts and toppings every time Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment regularly Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or styles based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume periods Qualifications Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques Skilled in food preparation methods including grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking techniques Excellent knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume food production Background in fine dining or catering environments is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement Join us to craft exceptional pizzas that bring joy to every guest!
