The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining and culinary arts, with a proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Duties Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels, to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Implement and enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance culinary skills. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and adjust processes as needed for efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation. Experience in inventory management and cost control within a kitchen setting. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
