Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)10+ years of kitchen management experience or equivalent progressive culinary leadershipStrong seafood background with experience working with fresh fish and Gulf/coastal cuisineSushi and/or raw bar experience highly preferredStrong fresh-fish fabrication and seafood-handling skillsHigh-volume seafood restaurant experience with the ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy servicesHands-on culinary leader who is comfortable working alongside the team and driving executionStrong knowledge of food preparation, quality control, food safety, and sanitationProven ability to recruit, train, coach, develop, and hold culinary teams accountableExperience managing recipes, prep systems, specifications, and kitchen standardsStrong understanding of seafood sourcing, seasonality, product quality, ordering, inventory, purchasing, and vendor managementWorking knowledge of food cost, labor, waste management, and overall kitchen profitabilityAbility to maintain an established menu while contributing thoughtful culinary ideasBanquet, catering, or large-party experience is a plusServSafe certification requiredCulinary degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceOpen to candidates nationwide with relocation assistance available
