The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the meal preparation process, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. Familiarity with dietary department standards is a plus. Strong understanding of food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
