Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
To prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items. To ensure a consistent, high quality product under the direction of the Sous Chef.ESSENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for start up of kitchen turning on hood vents, ovens, fryers, etc. Filling out requisition for all items needed on the line and turning into receiving clerk. Responsible for preparing station for service. Responsible for preparing ordered menu items, checking to insure quality and presentation. Assist Sous Chef in any way needed. May be asked to prep, clean, cook and prepare employee food, etc. Responsible for proper breakdown and storage of products. Other responsibilities as directed by the Chef or Higher.Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
