Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality and execution. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, supervise culinary staff, and maintain high standards in food production and kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes Develop and implement seasonal and innovative menus while maintaining consistency and quality Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while promoting a positive and productive team environment Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards Collaborate with management to maintain proper scheduling, shift coverage, and kitchen operations Required Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food production methods Proven leadership experience in a kitchen environment Experience with menu planning, execution, and presentation Thorough understanding of hospitality industry standards and regulations Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred Schedule Hitch schedule: 5 weeks on, 10 days off
Hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 7 days per week while on hitch Approximately 63 hours per week This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Chef to step into a leadership role and contribute to a high-quality dining operation. Apply today to join our team.
