The concept is inspired by modern Mediterranean / Middle Eastern cuisine and focuses on: Hospitality and guest interaction A curated 7-10 course tasting-style menu A warm, elevated dining environment In addition to the chef's table, the space will include: A private dining room for couples (2 guests) A private dining room for small groups (4-5 guests) This is a chef-driven concept with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and experience over volume. Role Overview We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and play a key role in building this concept from the ground up. This position is ideal for a chef who wants: Creative input and control The opportunity to shape a menu and dining experience Long-term growth within a unique concept Responsibilities Develop and execute a 7-10 course tasting menu Design menu concepts aligned with Mediterranean / Middle Eastern influences Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards Manage food cost, inventory, and sourcing Train and lead a small, high-performing kitchen team Collaborate on kitchen layout, workflow, and operational setup Ensure smooth service for both the chef's table and private dining rooms Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant setting Experience with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or similar cuisines preferred Strong understanding of kitchen operations and cost control Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Passion for hospitality and guest experience Interest in building and growing a concept from the ground up Compensation & Growth $4,500 - $6,500 per month (based on experience) 10-12% profit share opportunity Paid time off Food provided Flexible schedule This role offers the opportunity for long-term growth and potential partnership based on performance and alignment.
