Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring efficient shift management and team collaboration. Oversee menu planning and food preparation, maintaining a focus on fine dining standards and innovative culinary techniques. Manage inventory control and food cost management to optimize resources while maintaining quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Monitor food production processes to guarantee consistency, presentation excellence, and timely delivery of dishes. Implement training programs for staff development in culinary skills, safety protocols, and hospitality service excellence. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and catering services. Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing diverse kitchen teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and dietary department regulations. Demonstrated expertise in food management including inventory control, cost control, and food handling practices. Experience with banquet operations, event catering, and restaurant management is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of kitchen management systems, menu planning tools, and inventory software is preferred.
