As the culinary leader, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff supervision and quality control. Responsibilities Develop innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and meet guest expectations, incorporating dietary considerations and current food trends Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse culinary team, fostering a positive environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Oversee food production processes, ensuring high-quality food handling, preparation, and presentation standards are maintained at all times Manage inventory control and procurement to optimize food costs while maintaining freshness and quality Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for large groups or special occasions Experience Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management Experience with banquet service, catering, and large-scale food events is highly desirable Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members Knowledge of dietary accommodations, food handling regulations, and hospitality standards within the food industry
