Job Description

Looking for (preferably) an experienced sushi chef pay DOE and competitive. Cash tips paid every Friday Knowledge in breaking down whole fish from tuna, snappers, sea breams, jacks, ajis, salmons, flukes, soles etc. as well as handling live shell fish. Experience in nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, including correct plating, cuts and weights We hand lay our rice, make our sauces in house, and work as a team. Bring your steel and skill and show us what your made of!! Fast paced very busy family owned and operated
