Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Head Chef to lead culinary operations across four diverse Asian cuisine restaurants. This role is perfect for a seasoned chef with a passion for authentic and modern Asian flavors who excels in perfecting recipes, enhancing flavor profiles, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. As the culinary leader, you will oversee recipe development, food quality, and consistency across each location, ensuring each restaurant upholds the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recipe Development & Enhancement:
Refine and elevate existing recipes to achieve exceptional flavor profiles and authenticity for each cuisine represented.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the consistency, taste, and presentation of dishes across all locations.
Menu Planning & Innovation:
Develop seasonal and special menus that highlight and celebrate diverse Asian flavors, while staying attuned to customer preferences and trends.
Kitchen Operations Management:
Oversee kitchen teams in all locations, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and efficient operations.
Collaboration & Training:
Work closely with sous chefs and kitchen staff to train on techniques, recipe execution, and plating, ensuring consistency in all dishes served.
Cost Control:
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering for efficient operation while maintaining quality standards.
Vendor Relationships:
Source high-quality ingredients and collaborate with suppliers to support the authenticity and quality of each cuisine.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a head chef or executive chef role, with expertise in Asian cuisines.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team across multiple locations, with a focus on training, quality, and team morale.
Culinary Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ingredients, cooking methods, and flavors specific to Asian cuisines.
Creativity:
Ability to innovate and adapt recipes while maintaining authenticity.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills for team coordination and crosslocation collaboration. Spanish Speak a plus
