Responsibilities Create and execute new menus, food stations, and seasonal culinary concepts Own the R D process from ideation through rollout Lead kitchen tastings, presentations, and station designs Collaborate with kitchen leadership on equipment and prep execution Ensure DOH compliance and mentor team in fine dining standards Requirements Culinary degree preferred (CIA, JWU, ICC, etc.) 7+ years of experience, including 3+ in menu development or R D Strong career progression under notable chefs or fine dining environments Confident in tastings and client-facing creative presentations
