As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, and food production processes, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. Duties Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, incorporating fine dining techniques and catering expertise Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost control measures to optimize food industry profitability Implement and maintain food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and standards Coordinate banquet and catering operations, ensuring timely execution of large-scale events with high-quality service Supervise shift management, staffing schedules, and training programs to enhance team performance and culinary skills Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency, including kitchen experience optimization, food handling practices, and overall food management Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting Strong background in banquet experience, food production, and restaurant management Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and inventory control systems Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively as a chef Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Experience in managing shifts, overseeing food service operations, and ensuring hospitality excellence Familiarity with dietary department requirements and accommodating special dietary needs Ability to coordinate large-scale catering events while maintaining high standards of quality and service Join us as an Executive Chef where your culinary passion will drive excellence!
