codecannonsconsulting@gmail.com We are looking for a reliable Indian cook/personal chef who lives in or near the Richmond, VA area and can come to our home to prepare fresh, authentic Indian meals for our family. This is a personal home-cooking position , not a restaurant job. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking simple, flavorful, home-style Indian food and can work independently. Responsibilities Prepare fresh Indian meals for our family Cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as requested Prepare everyday Indian food such as dal, sabzi, roti, rice, curries, and other traditional dishes Maintain good taste, consistency, and food quality Help plan meals based on the family's preferences Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean and organized Properly store ingredients and cooked food Minimize food waste Follow basic food safety and hygiene practices Requirements Good knowledge of Indian home-style cooking Comfortable preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques Able to work independently Reliable and punctual Clean and organized Must be able to travel to our home in Richmond, VA Preference will be given to candidates who live nearby Compensation $350-$400 per month , depending on cooking ability, experience, and agreed schedule.
