We specialize in high-quality European pastries, cakes, decorated cookies, and holiday specialties, with a strong emphasis on Swiss traditions. The Pastry Cook supports all areas of pastry production, including cakes, French pastries, decorated cookies, and seasonal specialties. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and has strong communication and leadership potential. Key Responsibilities Work directly and report to the Pastry Chef. Assist with the preparation and finishing of all pastry items according to production sheets and bakery standards. Decorate pastries and cakes according to our guidelines and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Skills and Qualifications Decorating skills Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely Knowledge of kitchen measurements and baking equipment Time management Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Positive teamwork mindset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays 2 years of Culinary Experience Culinary school training is a plus
