Qualifications:

2-4 years of sous chef or kitchen supervisor experience in full-service, polished casual restaurants Strong fundamentals in prep management, line execution, and team leadership Ability to maintain high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Exec Chef and Sous team Lead kitchen staff during prep and service shifts Maintain consistent food quality and ensure timely execution Uphold inventory and cleanliness standards Assist in training and onboarding of hourly BOH staff
