Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sushi Roll Chef / Sushi Roll Maker to join our team at Blue Island Sushi & Roll (Conveyor Belt Sushi). The ideal candidate should have experience making sushi rolls, preparing ingredients, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, clean, organized, and able to work well with our kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare sushi rolls, hand rolls, and basic sushi menu items Prep ingredients such as fish, vegetables, sauces, and rice Maintain a clean and organized sushi station Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during lunch and dinner rushes Requirements Previous sushi roll experience preferred Must be reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Basic knife skills and food prep knowledge Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends
