Standard benefits; PTO; relocation assistance available The Pastry Chef leads all pastry and baking operations for a casino in Washington State, bringing creative vision and exceptional pastry expertise to a dynamic, high-volume culinary program. This role is responsible for developing and executing an innovative pastry program, overseeing all pastry production, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all casino dining outlets and event functions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader within a casino, luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar high-volume full-service hospitality environment Deep pastry and baking expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, visually stunning desserts, breads, and confections that reflect the highest standards of culinary excellence in a high-volume casino environment Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a pastry team while managing production schedules, inventory, and cost control to maintain efficiency and quality across all casino pastry and baking operations Responsibilities Lead all pastry and baking operations for the casino, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dining outlets, banquet functions, and special events Develop and execute a creative, seasonally driven pastry program that reflects a commitment to culinary artistry, premium ingredients, and an exceptional guest experience across all casino food and beverage venues Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing pastry team while fostering a culture of creativity, culinary excellence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment
