Lucky Lotus AF is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking team members 16 or older to join our fun, fast-paced kitchen. No experience? We'll train you. If you bring good energy and a willingness to learn, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Learn Fry Station Skills — We'll teach you how to prep and fry menu items with consistency. Roll Sushi & Burritos — Learn to roll sushi, build sushi burritos, and assemble poke bowls. Maintain Quality — Make sure every dish looks great and tastes amazing. Work as a Team — Keep the vibe positive and help service run smoothly. Follow Safety Standards — Keep your station clean and follow food safety guidelines.
