Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of pastry leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume culinary operation. Strong expertise in pastry production, desserts, breads, specialty baked goods, and banquet execution. Proven ability to lead, train, schedule, and develop pastry teams while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Requirements:
Oversee all pastry and dessert production for multiple restaurant outlets, banquets, and catered events while controlling labor and food costs. Manage inventory, ordering, recipe costing, food safety, sanitation, and daily pastry operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Valid U.S. work visa required; no sponsorship available.
