Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff Adhere to menus and recipes, special dietary needs, correct portioning of food, food presentation, and proper serving methods as instructed by the executive chef Attend to residents' individual dietary needs when taking and delivering food orders from residents and their guests Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents Work under the supervision of and take instruction from the executive chef and sous chef

Schedule Overview:

Monday

• Friday hours 10:00am
• 6:30pm (Some AM shifts may be required) Every other weekend hours 7:00am
• 6:00pm

Rotating Holidays Requirements:

Ability to speak, read and write English High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines Experience in cooking for an Assisted Living Facility What you can expect from us: Upon review of your application, if the Hiring Manager wants to move forward, they will contact you to set up an interview After completing 1-2 interviews, if the Hiring Manager wants to move forward, they will contact you to make a job offer Upon receiving the job offer in writing, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and paperwork (via the Paycom App) Receive name badge, keys, and tour of the community Complete New-Hire Orientation, CBRF classes (as needed), and job-related training
