We are a full-service resort and event destination offering lodging, dining, weddings, conferences, and wellness amenities. We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about service excellence, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences. Lead with passion. Execute with excellence. Position Overview The Sous Chef partners with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality across restaurant and banquet services. Key Responsibilities Supervise kitchen operations during high-volume service Oversee food preparation and presentation standards Assist with inventory and cost management Train and mentor kitchen staff Support banquet and event execution Qualifications 3+ years culinary experience required Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Availability for weekends and holidays
