Job Description
Sous Chef The Lakehouse is serving fine steaks and seafood, creative daily specials, homemade soups, and more. We are looking for a few additions to our kitchen team to help us remain one of the best restaurants in Morgantown. Duties include general cooking of `a la carte orders in an upscale, casual fine dining lakeside restaurant. Candidates must be knowledgeable of kitchen equipment and techniques. The ability to create specials and not only complete tasks but delegate work is essential. The sous chef will be in charge of the line / kitchen in the absence of the chef.
