About Inn on the Creek Inn on the Creek is a small, cozy, family-run bed and breakfast known for personalized service, thoughtful touches, and a high volume of returning guests who feel like family. Located in Jackson, Wyoming, we take pride in creating memorable stays through genuine hospitality, delicious breakfast offerings, and connection to the local area. We're looking for someone who loves Jackson, enjoys sharing insider tips with visitors, and thrives in a boutique, relationship-based hospitality environment. Position Overview The Culinary and Hospitality Associate plays a key role in shaping each guest's stay — from preparing and serving breakfast daily to welcoming guests upon arrival and during evening social hours. This role blends culinary preparation, guest interaction, concierge support, and light operational tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, professional, and excited to represent the Jackson area. You should feel comfortable working independently while also being part of a small, family-operated team. Responsibilities Culinary Set-up and serve breakfast in the morning Keep kitchen and dining area clean and organized Prepare a hotdish and breakfast pastry/baked good for the following day Create grocery lists for the day so you can be ready to prepare breakfast Host social hour with professionalism Guest Experience & Hosting Be a welcoming face for guests during your shifts Be ready to provide recommendations for activities and dining Be familiar with the Jackson area and the nearby National Parks Be a good listener Front Desk & Operations Check guests into the property Handle phone calls Take reservations and other standard front desk tasks Be a good communicator with your fellow co-workers Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, culinary, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and multitasking Interest in cooking and creating memorable guest experiences Passionate about the Jackson area and eager to share local knowledge Reliable, punctual, and able to work a split shift schedule a plus Who You Are Warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented Excited about food, presentation, and culinary creativity Appreciates the charm of a family-run boutique inn Thrives in a role where every day includes both routine tasks and meaningful interactions
Pay:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
