Overview Hello! Our team is looking for a new Medical Concierge. If you are interested in a fast paced patient facing position within the MatSu Valley, you're perfect for us! We operate on a contract scale, meaning you are free to choose your own schedule and accept or decline as many tasks as you'd like week to week. We look forward to hearing from you! Duties Take and assist patients to and from doctors appointments and physical therapy Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up communications with patients and management Assist patients with check in and scheduling at appointment's Answer patient inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and empathy Experience Past patient facing experience preferred. Proficient time management and scheduling skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, energetic demeanor
