Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Resident Concierge to serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for residents and visitors within our community. This energetic professional will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. Previous nursing home or hotel/resort experience are highly valued to enhance communication and guest relations. Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors with warmth and professionalism, providing outstanding customer service at all times Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing guests efficiently using proper phone etiquette Coordinate concierge services such as package delivery, reservations, event assistance, and guest requests to ensure a seamless experience Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, package receipts, and resident requests using Microsoft Office tools or community management software Assist with organizing community events or resident activities to promote engagement and foster a sense of belonging Address guest concerns promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing resident communications, and ensuring the overall organization of the front desk area Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, resort services, or customer service roles with a focus on guest relations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with community management or reservation software Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and problem-solving acumen Previous experience working in restaurant or hospitality environments is advantageous; resort experience is a plus Must be able to manage time effectively while prioritizing resident needs and administrative duties Join us as a Resident Concierge and become an essential part of creating an inviting community where residents feel valued and cared for.
