Pet Resort Concierge Individualized Luxury Care for Dogs, Cats & Exotics About the Role Desert Oasis Pet Retreat is seeking a friendly motivated Pet Resort Concierge who treats every guest as an individual. This is not a group-play kennel job. We are a small family owned and operated boutique style pet resort. Located in Chandler on a one and half acre county island. You will deliver one-on-one (or family-of-pets) care, capture amazing daily photo updates for clients, and maintain the high standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and professional service that defines our retreat. You will work with dogs of every size and breed, including large dogs 150+ pound, as well as cats and exotic pets of many temperaments and backgrounds. If you are self-motivated, organized, animal-obsessed, and proud of a spotless space, we want to meet you. What You Will Do Photograph guests during their daily activities for client reports and updates. Design and deliver engaging, individualized playtimes and enrichment for each pet (or family of pets). No group play. Handle dogs, cats, and exotics of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments with confidence. Safely and properly handle dogs of all sizes, including large giant breeds up to 150+ pounds. Complete daily health checks and promptly communicate concerns. Prepare meals and administer supplements and medications exactly as directed. Inventory each pet's personal belongings and enter them in our software. Use resort software to record feeding plans, medication, and supplement instructions. Learn and apply proper dog bathing techniques.

Maintain outstanding cleanliness:

detailed room cleaning and sanitation, laundry, and dishes. Utilize time management to stay organized and follow time lines Provide warm, professional hospitality and outstanding client care. Stay on your feet and actively interact with every pet in our care throughout the shift. Who You Are You genuinely love animals and enjoy meeting each pet where they are and customizing your approach to them as individuals. You are self-motivated, organized, and take pride in little details. You have a sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation. You are a team player who still owns your work without being asked. You communicate clearly and treat clients with professionalism. You can lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and stand and move for long periods. Ability to work inside and outside, even during incliment weather You are comfortable learning software and following written care plans precisely. Experience with pets of varied temperaments is a plus; a calm, coachable attitude is essential. Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Ability to be on your feet for long periods and work hands-on with pets all day. Work includes bathing, cleaning, laundry, dishes, food prep, and active play/enrichment. Exposure to animal dander, pet waste, loud noise, water, and outdoor/indoor resort conditions.
