Job Description

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ! We are an energized and fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. On Q is a place for amazing people to work hard and be rewarded for hard work. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing all activities at the front desk and reception area. The role involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming calls, emails, physical mail, and messages and redirect them to the appropriate personnel Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events Register and sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed Update and maintain contact databases for clients, vendors, and employees Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide receipts when necessary Perform basic office upkeep, including restocking and reordering supplies and disinfecting surfaces. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles. Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with basic computer applications and software Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred
