You Will:

Relationship Development Visit physician offices to introduce imaging services. Build relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and clinical staff. Support Provider Sales Representatives with territory coverage. Assist with new provider onboarding. Conduct routine follow-up visits with referral sources. Deliver marketing materials and educational resources. Customer Service Respond to physician office questions. Resolve routine service concerns. Escalate complex issues appropriately. Serve as a liaison between operations and referring offices. Marketing Coordinate Lunch & Learns. Assist with CME events. Support community outreach activities. Participate in health fairs. Help coordinate physician appreciation events. Promote new modalities and services. Territory Support Maintain CRM documentation. Update referral databases. Track provider interactions. Assist with physician satisfaction surveys. Monitor referral trends. Prepare reports for Territory Managers. Learning & Development Complete structured sales training. Learn imaging modalities. Learn healthcare reimbursement basics. Understand referral patterns. Shadow Provider Sales Representatives. Develop territory management skills.

This Role, You Must Have:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 0-2 years of healthcare, marketing, customer service, or sales experience Healthcare experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills Strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated Ability to travel throughout assigned territory Valid driver's license Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
