Job Description

Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking to fill Hospitality Aide positions. We are a skilled nursing facility with a clinical focus of behavioral, rehabilitation, and long-term care. You will be the front lines of providing excellent customer service to our patients/residents. Experience in customer service and working in a nursing home setting is preferred, but not required! No Experience Necessary - Willing to train the right individuals

Hours:

11:30pm-7:30pm, Mon - Fri (Also, school end time friendly)

Duties:

Be friendly and welcoming to patients and families. Answer questions and give directions. Be able to work with varying personalities and people from all walks of life. Handle complaints with tact and diplomacy. Use a computer to use office automation features. Be proactive in helping patients within your scope (you are NOT a caregiver or a CNA in this role, helping patients will look very different. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
