Front Desk Agent
MASTER TECH COLLISION INC
is a growing leader in addiction treatment services. We provide care across the nation touching the lives of more than 30,000 patients daily. As a Front Desk Agent , you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Valid/Current Driver's License Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
Meet new patients at the front desk and provide them with the appropriate services and information. Provide a positive experience for all patients arriving for their appointments. Provide direct assistance to clients via phone, text message, and email as necessary. Provide indirect assistance to clients via consultation and referral as necessary. Observe all Federal and State regulations that pertain to your position and participate in learning all applicable regulations. Purchasing services, ordering supplies, and ordering food products for the facility. Control patient access to resources. Preventative maintenance, health, and safety inspections of rooms. Dreaming up new ways to provide better services to patients including better technology solutions for billing and reimbursement. Coordinating schedules for staff members based on availability. Contribute to the growth and development of the team creating a fun environment where your energy is appreciated!
