FRONT DESK & SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

PART-TIME

Heads Up! Spa is looking for a warm, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our team. This position is ideal for a responsible high school or college student interested in the beauty, wellness, or spa industry.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and create a warm spa experience Answer phone calls, texts, and booking questions Schedule appointments and check clients in and out Explain services, upgrades, gift cards, and current promotions Confidently recommend and upsell services and products Help post content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Feel comfortable appearing in short videos Keep the front desk clean, organized, and professional Assist with light spa support duties as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, dependable, professional, and organized Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable using social media Not shy in front of the camera Front-desk, salon, spa, retail, or customer-service experience preferred Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule

Pay:

Starting at $16 per hour and up, depending on experience
