Tucson Plastic Surgery is adding a Patient Concierge to our team. As the practice continues to expand in its new state-of-the-art plastic surgery office, ambulatory surgery center, and wellness center, we're looking for someone who can deliver a concierge-level, five-star patient experience for every patient. About the Role As a Patient Concierge, you are an essential part of the patient experience and daily clinic operations. You will serve as a welcoming and dependable point of contact for patients while supporting physicians, Patient Care Coordinators, and the clinical team to ensure a seamless and efficient flow throughout the practice. This role combines exceptional customer service, front-desk coordination, patient communication, and hands-on clinic support.

Warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate, with a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for Professional and personable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Confident and polished, with a commitment to delivering a refined, five-star patient experience A collaborative team player who takes initiative and contributes positively to the overall patient and staff experience Key Responsibilities Welcome new and existing patients and ensure every visit reflects a warm, professional, and exemplary patient experience Manage patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and patient communications Answer incoming calls and appropriately assist, triage, or direct patient needs Room patients and support efficient patient flow during physician clinic days Prepare, maintain, and turn over patient rooms throughout clinic Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, forms, and upcoming visits Support physicians, Patient Care Coordinators, and clinic staff with patient-related and administrative needs Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within the electronic medical record Assist with patient documents, referrals, electronic tasks, and incoming communications Process patient payments accurately and maintain appropriate front-desk procedures Assist with clinic operations, including room turnover and other duties needed to keep the practice running efficiently Maintain open, collaborative communication with the front office, clinical team, and physicians to support continuity of care Uphold strict HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and Tucson Plastic Surgery's service standards

- $25/hour depending on experience Full-time opportunity, in-office, M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm, no evenings, weekends, or on-call Immediate benefits Dental, Vision & Health PTO
