Position Summary Cardiolucent is seeking an top-level, patient-centered Cardiologist to join our growing concierge cardiovascular practice in Beverly Hills, California and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This physician will care for a limited panel of member patients, allowing meaningful physician-patient relationships while delivering comprehensive cardiovascular prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term wellness planning. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, innovation, and personalized medicine. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care in a concierge setting. Develop individualized prevention and longevity plans based on each patient's cardiovascular risk profile. Perform and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic testing, including echocardiography, ECGs, ambulatory monitoring, stress testing, vascular imaging (depending on experience), cardiopulmonary exercise testing. Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, all members of a patient care team. Provide prompt (ideally same-day or next-day) access for members when clinically appropriate. Conduct annual executive cardiovascular evaluations. Participate in telemedicine and secure patient communications. Maintain accurate documentation within Epic electronic medical records. Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and evidence-based practice development. Openness to incorporation of POCUS in routine clinical care. Qualifications Required MD from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure DEA certification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care Interest in helping build an innovative, physician-led practice Preferred Experience in concierge, executive health, preventive cardiology, or lifestyle medicine Expertise in cardiovascular imaging Interest in longevity medicine and advanced cardiovascular prevention Experience with Epic EMR 5+ years of clinical experience Ideal Candidate Who this is for: You enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients.
