Communicate with brokers and dealership teams to keep transactions organized, accurate, and moving toward completion. Track pending transactions and follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, vehicle preparation, and delivery requirements. Ensure vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, including cleaning, fueling or charging, accessories, and required materials. Provide customers with a personalized vehicle delivery experience and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and basic operation. Assist customers with mobile-device connectivity, manufacturer applications, connected services, driver profiles, and vehicle settings. Explain applicable warranty information, maintenance recommendations, roadside assistance, and dealership ownership benefits. Provide follow-up product and technology assistance after delivery and maintain accurate transaction and delivery records. What We Are Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, polished approach. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to coordinate multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment. Comfortable learning and explaining vehicle features, technology, mobile applications, and connected services. Ability to work effectively with customers, automotive brokers, sales professionals, and other dealership departments. Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately. Dependable, adaptable, and able to take initiative while supporting both customer-facing and transaction-related responsibilities.

Pay :
