Job Description

Privé Beverly Hills by Dr. Catherine Chang is seeking a polished, professional, and patient-focused Patient Concierge & Front Desk Support team member to join our luxury cosmetic surgery and aesthetic practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, patient-centered environment and understands the importance of exceptional communication, hospitality, discretion, organization, and attention to detail. The Patient Concierge serves as one of the first impressions of the practice and plays a critical role in delivering an elevated patient experience from initial inquiry through follow-up care. The ideal candidate has experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, luxury hospitality, concierge services, medspa, or medical front office operations and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Desk Support Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all patients and visitors Answer incoming calls, emails, text messages, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner Schedule consultations, treatments, follow-up appointments, and surgical visits accurately within ModMed EMR Support a seamless patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, surgery, and post-operative follow-up Maintain a luxury patient experience while ensuring professionalism, discretion, and efficiency at all times Manage patient check-in and check-out processes including intake forms, consents, payments, financing coordination, and appointment confirmations Maintain front office cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the day Coordinate patient communication regarding pre-op instructions, post-op appointments, treatment preparation, and follow-up care Assist with resolving patient concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately when needed Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within ModMed EMR/EHR systems Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards are consistently followed Support daily administrative operations including scanning documents, filing, inventory coordination, and office organization Assist providers, nurses, and leadership with operational tasks and patient coordination as needed Help support scheduling optimization, provider efficiency, and patient retention initiatives Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams Qualifications Previous experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medspa, dermatology, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or medical front office operations preferred Experience using ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) or similar EMR/EHR systems preferred Strong understanding of luxury patient service and professional communication standards Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills Highly polished, professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Experience with patient scheduling and front office workflow preferred
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
