This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, enjoys live entertainment, and can create a memorable guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. Pay $17.50 per hour Position Overview The Guest Experience Concierge is an important part of the guest experience at The Speakeasy Murder. You will help prepare the venue, welcome and check in guests, assist with the nightly turn-around, and help ensure the guest experience runs smoothly from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is mature, well-spoken, organized, confident, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced and constantly evolving entertainment environment. Responsibilities Assist with nightly venue and house setup before guests arrive Welcome guests with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm Check in guests and assist with guest flow throughout the venue Help with the nightly turn-around and preparation for upcoming shows Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service Assist with seating and general guest experience needs Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment Learn and utilize POS systems, check-in technology, and other operational tools Communicate effectively with management and other team members Adapt to changing circumstances and assist wherever needed Represent The Speakeasy Murder in a professional and engaging manner Wear and confidently perform in an assigned costume as part of the guest experience What We're Looking For Outgoing and high-energy personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mature, professional, and well-spoken Confident interacting with guests and coworkers Self-starter who can recognize what needs to be done without constant direction Highly organized and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced live entertainment environment Open to learning new responsibilities and adapting to an ever-changing environment Comfortable learning new technology, POS systems, and software Comfortable wearing a costume and representing a character or themed environment Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent guest service Why This Role Is Unique This is more than a traditional guest services position.
