Workplace Experience Lead, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership ???? About the Role The Workplace Experience Associate is responsible for creating an elevated, hospitality-driven office environment through exceptional client service, workplace support, and event coordination. This role partners closely with the Experience and Events Teams to ensure employees and guests receive a seamless, polished, and welcoming experience every day. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering white-glove service in a fast-paced professional setting. ????
What You'll Do:
? Client & Guest Experience Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service across all interactions Welcome guests and manage visitor registration Build positive relationships with clients and employees Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support ???? Workplace & Meeting Support Provide real-time support for meetings and events Ensure conference rooms are fully prepared including AV, catering, lighting, supplies, and room setup Conduct regular floor walks to maintain clean, organized, and stocked common areas Support overall office appearance and workplace experience standards ???? Operations & Administrative Support Manage office supplies and workplace inventory Submit and coordinate facilities work orders Secure packages and deliveries in designated areas Assist with access cards, building security, and workplace inquiries Maintain professionalism and responsiveness across all communications ???? Team Collaboration Work cross-functionally with workplace, hospitality, and facilities teams Support day-to-day office operations and special projects Assist during emergencies and follow workplace safety procedures ?? Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, hotel, restaurant, or client service environments preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively ???? Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs frequently Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the day Ability to operate office equipment and handle workplace deliveries Please submit your resume to apply.
