We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Greeter to support a Financial Services location in California. This is a contract position suited for someone who enjoys assisting visitors, creating a welcoming environment, and delivering attentive customer service. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, and the ability to help guests efficiently while maintaining a positive first impression.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and visitors as they arrive and provide a courteous first point of contact.
• Offer clear direction to guests, answer general questions, and help ensure a smooth on-site experience.
• Support front-of-house activities by monitoring visitor flow and maintaining an organized reception area.
• Communicate with internal staff as needed to coordinate guest arrivals and assist with customer service needs.
• Handle routine inquiries with care and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a calm, service-focused approach during busy periods while ensuring each guest receives prompt attention.
