Full Job Description Truly Pizza Reservationist/Phone Concierge Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Are you friendly, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Reservationist / Phone Concierge to join our team and help manage guest reservations and phone communications across our busy restaurant group. This is an office-based or host stand-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality but prefers being behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience—starting from the very first call.

What You'll Do:

Answer high-volume phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Book, update, and manage guest reservations using OpenTable Provide guests with accurate information about our restaurants, menus, hours, and policies Assist with reservation coordination for large parties, VIPs, and special occasions Work closely with on-site staff to manage guest flow during peak hours Route any complex issues or complaints to management Maintain a calm, welcoming tone even during busy service times

What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospitality, guest services, or host roles preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Comfortable using OpenTable (or willing to learn quickly) Ability to multi-task and stay organized during high-volume periods Team player with a positive, guest-first attitude Availability during peak dining hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
