Ultimate responsibility:
Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.
Other primary responsibilities include:
Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident's care plan Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to

Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED, preferred Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution Full Time Availability Needed, Weekends Included (6am - 2pm)
