Summary Are you passionate about wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Spa Concierge and be the welcoming face and support hub of our spa. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while delivering attentive, personalized service to every guest.

Responsibilities:

Schedule spa services accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are honored Educate guests on spa services, amenities, and policies Answer phone calls and emails promptly and respond to voicemails in a timely manner Promote and upsell spa services and enhancements Recommend and sell retail products, coordinating with therapists when needed Process payments accurately using POS system and maintain daily financial records Communicate clearly with spa providers about appointments and changes Coordinate with all teams to ensure pool, courtyard and spa cleanliness and ambiance Ensure each guest receives a warm, seamless experience from arrival to departure Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as directed by the Spa Manager Attentive service to hotel and local guests Support the team including the pool server with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or a spa setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Comfortable using booking systems and POS software, Opera Bilingual is a plus

Must be available weekends
