Job Purpose:
Sharon Heights' Concierge serves as the first point of contact for all members and guests, providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to enhance their overall experience. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming and greeting members and guests, responding to inquiries, coordinating services and amenities, and representing Sharon Heights' commitment to excellence. Job Summary (Essential Functions): Answer and direct incoming calls professionally Serve as primary contact for the main entrance gate Managing front gate intercom and fielding guest access Assist members with inquiries, reservations, registrations, and account support Maintain current knowledge of Club events, operations, and services Provide exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution Support website updates, event communications, and member directories Create and update menus, signage, flyers, and operational documents Coordinate restaurant reservations, room rentals, and special event logistics Maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative projects Support holiday food orders and departmental operations as needed Provide administrative support for special projects and ad-hoc requestsQualifications:
Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required Experience Office Management/Administration experience required Minimum of one year working in the hospitality industry required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic photography and video skills, including editing and uploading to websites, archiving, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, high attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Creative Canva Proficient Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Outgoing, and comfortable interacting with peoplePhysical Requirements and Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Sitting for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.Work Schedule and Hours:
Full-Time, regular scheduled hours but must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours, holidays, & weekends.
