Estate Ambassador Sttupa Estate Napa Valley Napa, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $35 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Customer communication Resort experience Fine dining experience Driver's License Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Position Overview The Estate Ambassador is the face of Sttupa Estate and is responsible for providing warm, personalized, and seamless service throughout each guest's stay. This is a hands-on, multi-functional luxury hospitality position that combines guest relations, concierge, Food & Beverage, and daily estate support. The Estate Ambassador anticipates guest needs, takes ownership of requests, and ensures every detail is handled with care, discretion, and attention to detail. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to support any area of the operation necessary to create an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Welcome and personally assist guests throughout their stay, including arrival, departure, room orientation, luggage, amenities, and special requests. Maintain a warm, attentive, and discreet presence while anticipating needs, personalizing service, and ensuring guest concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Concierge Assist with personalized Napa Valley experiences, including winery appointments, dining, transportation, wellness, activities, and special occasions. Coordinate amenities, gifts, flowers, wine, and other requests while developing strong relationships with local hospitality partners. Food & Beverage Provide breakfast, coffee, wine, beverage, and private dining service. Work closely with the Chef to understand menus, timing, dietary needs, and guest preferences. Set, serve, clear, and reset dining areas and assist with private dinners and culinary experiences as needed. Pre-Arrival & Reservations Assist with preparing for upcoming arrivals by reviewing guest preferences, arrival details, transportation, dietary requirements, celebrations, and special requests. Support pre-arrival communication and itinerary planning while maintaining accurate guest notes and ensuring information is communicated to the appropriate team members. Estate Operations Help maintain the estate's guest-facing areas, presentation, and overall readiness. Assist with room and guest preparations, monitor amenities and supplies, and identify maintenance, housekeeping, or safety issues. Work collaboratively with all departments and provide support wherever needed. Qualifications Required:
2+ years of hospitality, luxury service, hotel, restaurant, private club, or similar experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to anticipate guest needs and work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
Luxury hotel, resort, private estate, or fine dining experience. Napa Valley hospitality or local knowledge. Wine and food knowledge. Concierge or guest relations experience. Hotel PMS or reservation system experience. Ideal Candidate The ideal Estate Ambassador is warm, polished, proactive, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. They take pride in the details and are comfortable doing whatever is necessary to create an exceptional guest experience—from preparing breakfast and serving wine to arranging a last-minute winery appointment or assisting with a private dinner.
