Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented, and career-minded professional to assist with the daily operation and sales of units at our self-storage facility in Napa .

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Compensation, Benefits & Perks $16.90/hour + commission 3% commission on gross monthly facility revenue collected above the threshold established at the time of hire 6.25% commission on locks, boxes, and packing supplies sold each month A percentage of each U-Haul transaction Potential combined equivalent compensation of approximately $17.90-$18.90/hour , depending on sales and commission earnings Responsibilities & Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility Provide exceptional customer service by professionally addressing and resolving customer questions and concerns Sell storage units to telephone, walk-in, and email inquiries using established Call Flow Guidelines Complete leases and other required documentation accurately and neatly Reduce delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email outreach Maintain excellent curb appeal throughout the property, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and removing debris Promote and sell locks, boxes, packing supplies, and U-Haul services Maintain accurate records and ensure the facility operates in a clean, organized, and professional manner Qualifications & Skills Qualified candidates should have: Sales and customer service experience required Commercial lease-up and/or property management experience preferred A strong sales and marketing mindset A passion for interacting with customers and the public Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with technology, including CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Security Public Storage values diversity and is committed to providing an inclusive workplace.
