Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Sales and Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a busy chiropractic healthcare organization serving patients in Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well in English and Spanish, and wants to build a long-term career in a patient-focused, customer service environment.   • Greet patients, manage check-ins, support scheduling, and help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Onboard new patients, answer questions, and provide a welcoming and professional patient experience.
  • Explain chiropractic services, membership options, treatment plans, and care packages in a clear and customer-focused manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, manage emails, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with billing-related questions, maintain front desk organization, and provide coverage across multiple clinic locations. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $22.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
  • Schedule:
    3 to 5 days per week with a structured weekly schedule.
  • Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Weekend clinic hours: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Lunch closures: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, and weekends, 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
  • Additional shifts may be available, with some flexibility for shift swaps.
  • 8 to 10 days of PTO annually, based on hours worked.
  • Up to 7 paid holidays.

  • Support front desk operations, patient check-in, scheduling, and daily clinic coordination.
  • Present chiropractic services, membership options, treatment plans, and care packages to patients.
  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, follow-ups, appointment coordination, and patient communication.
  • Assist with patient onboarding, billing-related questions, and coverage at multiple locations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • At least 1 year+ customer service, front desk, sales support, healthcare, or client care experience. All are welcomed!
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing healthcare environment.
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities, calls, appointments, and patient needs.
  • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with the sales and service side of the role, including discussing memberships and care packages.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme locations.
  • Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule. Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree is preferred .
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, medical office, retail sales, or front desk environment is helpful.
