Summary- The Wine Educator is the face of San Antonio Winery — delivering engaging, educational, and polished guest experiences that reflect the spirit of our estate. This role blends storytelling, sales, and providing an excellent customer service experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary. Deliver exceptional service across tastings. Educate guests on Riboli Family wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy. Drive DTC sales through knowledgeable recommendations and club signups. Maintain detailed knowledge of current wines and pairings. Ensure tasting spaces reflect brand standards and cleanliness. Uphold ABC compliance and responsible service standards. Assist with private tastings, trade visits, and member events. Minimum Qualifications- Must be 21+. Weekend and holiday availability required. Warm, confident communicator with strong sales instincts. Ability to translate technical wine knowledge into engaging stories. Team-oriented and flexible under pressure. Passionate about hospitality, food, and wine education. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. #
