The role involves ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, including those with disabilities. Arrival is 9/30 You must be FULLY available 9/30-10/4 You will be able to commute from home each day. Accessibility Support Staff Collaborate closely with Guest Services personnel to deliver outstanding customer support. Shifts are between 10-12 hours with lots of standing on your feet. Assist with driving golf carts with our patrons to ensure each and every person can get where they would like to go. Promote awareness among guests regarding accessible routes, and answer any questions about the festival that may arise. Responsively handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with politeness and helpfulness. Advocate for the significance of accessibility and inclusivity throughout the event.
