$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Front Desk:

Ensures all patients are compliant to state and local policies regulating medical cannabis patient requirements Checks patients and visitors into the building Answers all patient and non-patient questions, in-person, through email or over the phone Enters express and delivery orders; completes patient transactions as needed Answers phones Monitors the organization's public email inbox and replies to emails Ensures a smooth flow of members to the dispensary and effectively communicates with security and dispensary staff. Receives product from potential vendors Performs required opening, closing and shift change duties

Security Guard:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to a positive work environment for staff and patients Ensure a smooth patient experience Manage and support floor staff Resolve customer complaints or disputes Address and resolve customer complaints; address any patient issues that arise Schedule and manage staff breaks Coordinate delivery dispatch in a manner that best balances the needs of the delivery members and the flow of the floor.
