We have a full-time position (40+ hours per week) with regularly scheduled shifts, but the position does require some flexibility in scheduling. The successful applicant will work 10 hour shifts (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm) four days per week including weekends. We have an overnight position (40-50 hours per week) working on-site for five evenings per week on-call. We have a part-time position (20 hours per week) with regularly scheduled shifts. The successful applicant will work 10 hour shifts (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm) two days per week including weekends. The available positions require versatility, an excellent ability to multi-task, and a great passion for hospitality. We are in search of a hard working professional, only applicants with a very professional appearance and demeanor will be considered. Candidate should be friendly and energetic, and have a pro-active approach to customer service. Additionally, knowledge of the surrounding area (Silicon Valley to the Russian River) and the willingness to investigate and learn more is an essential aspect of the position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and assist all guests with a positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Assist guests with luggage. Cleaning and organization of guest common areas. Reservations, guest check-in using Rezstream hotel management software. Provide area restaurant suggestions and reservations. Provide information such as directions, suggestions, and area highlights. The successful candidate will be responsible, organized, and have an inviting, friendly personality.
